Here at SusWoT we’re all looking forward to the Warmer Westbury Homes Fair next Saturday from 10am-4pm in Westbury-on-Trym Village Hall (BS9 4AG). Free entry to the event with free refreshments. Would you like to have a warmer home, lower energy bills and to feel good about being greener? Come along to the Warmer Westbury Homes Fair which is being held by SusWoT at Westbury-on-Trym Village Hall on Saturday 16th November from 10am-4pm. Entry is free, refreshments will be available and there will be activities for the kids too.
We have arranged visits to homes around Westbury-on-Trym that already have air source heat pumps and/or solar panels and batteries.
Bristol has been chosen to be one of three cities that will run a programme to develop the skills and knowledge to install heat pumps.
SusWoT have linked up with a local organisation called CHEESE who will make a video showing the heat loss in your home and give advice on how to improve things.
In association with the Parish Church, we are taking advantage of a professional energy advice service offered by the Centre for Sustainable Energy based in Bedminster.
