£2 per ticket: this includes a hot or cold drink on arrival and will help to cover costs to hire the hall. Free for under-5s.

Food
Please bring a home-made or bought VEGETARIAN dish of 8 BUFFET PORTIONS from one of the following groups. Select which group(s) you want to bring when you buy your tickets so that we can keep an eye on the mix of food that is coming.
NO NUTS OR PEANUTS are allowed in the venue – please ensure that you avoid all traces in your contributions. There will be an allergy list attached to your ticket – please complete this and send it with your item. Please check the labels of any items you buy or ingredients for allergens.
Please make sure your contribution is suitably covered and keep at an appropriate temperature. We have fridge facilities at the venue but will not be able to heat up any items.
